In Brief :

We reward you with 8 points per £100 (ex vat) spent , each point is worth 50p **

 

1. Affiliate Points awarded (the award date being the date of the purchase being the date of award) more than 12 months prior to a Review Date and which remain unredeemed or unspent at that Review Date shall be cancelled with effect from that Review Date and for the avoidance of doubt not thereafter be capable of being redeemed or spent. The Review date will be deemed as 12 months after the purchase date.

2. Only the members of Affiliate may claim its benefits. 

3. The minimum claim allowed is £25 (50 points). 

4. Affiliate benefits are extended only to bona-fide cutomers. 

5. Specially negotiated contract prices may be excluded from the offer, as will goods sold as 'specials'

6. Claims will be verified against our computer records and settled on that basis. 

7. The Company reserves the right to deduct any Affiliate points which have been credited in error. 

8. The Company Ltd reserves the right to disallow points earned in any month for which payment is made outside our standard terms, or to cancel total points balance in the case of bad debts. 

9. Affiliate earnings will be disallowed automatically for any credit noted issued. 

10. Please allow 30 days for settlement of claims. 

11. Cash payments can be made to the account holder only.

12. Affiliate members are reminded that they retain responsibility for any tax liability arising from participation in this promotion. 

13. Affiliate points will be earned against purchases of all products and services. They will be awarded at a rate of eight points per £100 spent (excluding VAT), up to a maximum of 16,000 points in each calendar year. Beyond this level, they will be awarded at the rate of four points per £100 (excluding VAT). 

14. Each Affiliate point has a gross value of fifty pence when exchanged for vouchers or offset against a member's account. 

15. Customer data is held for the sole purpose of running the Affiliate Customer Club scheme. 

16. The Company  reserves the right from time to time to change, amend or supplement the terms and conditions related to the Affiliate Points Scheme. **

The Bribery Act 2010  -  Our Commission payments are on a Commercial basis and are open to external inspection.  We operate an Affiliates registration scheme which is open to inspection. * Cheque payments can only be made to the Account Holder.** Our when your affiliate account balance exceeds a minimum of £25.00. *** Quarterly payments will be made to Charities.
