Are times when you simply have no idea what you are being charged ?

It is our policy to price our products including VAT at current rates

So what you see is what you pay.

Policy for pricing repairs.

We have a minimum charge for one hour on site, we charge in intervals of 1/2 hr and only charge for time actually spent doing your work. We charge for the full time involved on your job and we only charge for a maximum time off site collecting materials of 45 minutes.

If a second visit to site is required it is charged on the same basis as the first visit.

So what you sign for it the time you are charged for.

For areas outside the Local area there may be an additional charge.

If specialist plant or access equipment is required we charge at cost plus 10%
