Safe Tees Valley we have a simple Servicecare system to cater
for landlords, you simply select one of the schemes above and then
go to the Landlords page and add a Landlords Servicecare premium.
We offer a full compliance service and present
our gas safety certificates in printed format and pdf format.
We offer a free phone service to your tenant to
give you peace of mind and a trouble free service.
Notes:
Cover is always subject to the system, heating
boiler and additional appliances being in working order, and
complying with the current gas safety regulations. A refund will be
made less £ 45.00 + vat if the system is not in working order, or
does not comply with the current regulations when we call to service
the same. A service call will be made within 28 days of the policy
being taken out.
We do not cover warm air units.
