What does Boilercare cover ?
Breakdown cover and annual service cover for the main nominated
heating boiler only.
What doesn't Boilercare cover ?
Any other central heating related item such as pipe-work boxed in or
under flooring, external flue parts, any pipe-work or parts in
relation to a shower, any cold water pipe-work, warm air units, any
damage or loss or performance due to sludge or scale deposits, any
part of the heating system that is difficult to access, or any part
of the system that does not comply with the current regulations. We
do not cover cookers, gas fridges or leisure items.
If the premises is tenanted, in multiple occupation, used for
commercial purposes or a mobile home, you will need an alternative
policy
